The MKU group is a long-established family enterprise without outside shareholders. The site of Rödermark works with an integrated management system comprising amongst others the quality management system according to DIN EN ISO 9001 and the environmental management system according to DIN EN ISO 14001.
The subsidiaries MKU-Chemie CZ s.r.o. (Czech Republic), MKU-Chimie France Sàrl (France) and MKU-Chemical Trade (Suzhou) Co. Ltd. (China) are joined in this system and certified according to DIN EN ISO 9001. Clearly defined and documented communication channels guarantee short response times and a high quality standard. Application engineering support of our customers begins with an on-site analysis of the manufacturing parameters. The evaluation of this analysis results in proposals concerning process optimization and rationalization of the individual lubrication plans respectively application parameters in order to guarantee a maximum process reliability.
We comply with these requirements by developing and producing special and specific lubricants which match with these specific requirements. As we are producing by ourselves the intermediate products like e.g. emulsifiers, corrosion inhibitors, AW and EP additives which are necessary for manufacturing our finished products, we are able to supply our customers with cost-minimizing and economical lubricants.
An important part of our services are the rapid tests on site carried out by our field staff if MKU lubricants are in use. These tests include measurements of the pH-value, concentration, copper and cobalt content, portion of bactericides as well as nitrate and nitrite content. For further survey of the testing phase, samples are regularly being sent to our laboratory for chemical analysis. The results are communicated to the customer in writing or verbally by our field staff. Where necessary, the corresponding actions will then be taken in order to ensure the economic benefit of our products also for the future.
